In-stock items typically ship the same business day when ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Orders placed outside of business hours will typically ship the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

At Phoenix 3D Supply, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
