At Phoenix 3D Supply, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
