How large-format hardware gets to your door — quoted, crated, and onboarded with white-glove support. Here's exactly what to expect.
Printers, and bundled wash and cure units, and other large-format hardware ship by freight (LTL/common carrier), not parcel. Because cost depends on destination, environment, and configuration, these items are quoted individually rather than priced at checkout.
After your order or equipment quote is confirmed, our team arranges freight and provides shipping cost, lead time, and carrier details before anything ships. No surprise charges.
Freight shipments are curbside/dock delivery by default. Lift-gate service, inside delivery, or scheduled appointment delivery can be arranged on request and may carry additional cost.
Inspect all crates and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage with the driver at the time of delivery — this protects your freight claim. Photograph damaged packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
Capital equipment includes our white-glove onboarding and technical support. We'll coordinate setup guidance and workflow training so your hardware is productive on day one.
Note any visible crate or packaging damage with the driver before signing the delivery receipt, and contact us within 48 hours. This is what protects your freight claim.
Capital equipment is sold as a configured, often partner-fulfilled or drop-shipped item and is not eligible for standard return. Defective or DOA hardware is handled under the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll help you initiate and manage directly.
If you believe equipment arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can document the issue and coordinate resolution with the manufacturer.
Consumables and accessories (resins, trays, parts) follow our standard return policy.
Our team coordinates every capital equipment delivery directly. Reach out and we'll walk you through cost, timing, and onboarding.
