LuxCreo iLuxCure Pro: Dual-Wavelength Post-Cure Chamber for Dental, Medical, and Industrial Applications

Sold and supported by Phoenix 3D Supply

Unit comes with 1 year manufacturer's warranty

The LuxCreo iLuxCure Pro is a precision post-cure chamber engineered for the full finishing workflow of 3D-printed photopolymer parts. Dual 405 nm and 385 nm wavelengths combine with 360° upward and downward high-intensity lighting and integrated heating to deliver uniform, repeatable cures. Every unit ships with white-glove installation and technical support from Phoenix 3D Supply.

What the iLuxCure Pro Does

Post-curing is the step that turns a printed resin part into a finished, dimensionally stable appliance. The iLuxCure Pro removes the variables that undermine part quality in a typical post-cure process: uneven light exposure, inadequate wavelength coverage, and inconsistent chamber temperature. Its turntable and dual-direction lighting deliver ≥95% cure uniformity, its dual wavelengths cover the initiator chemistry of modern dental and industrial resins, and its integrated heating supports resin systems that require thermal activation up to 60°C (140°F).

Key Capabilities

Dual-wavelength cure (405 nm + 385 nm). Matches the photoinitiator range across a wide spectrum of photopolymer resins — dental aligners, surgical guides, nightguards, and jewelry casting formulations included.

360° coverage with upward and downward lighting. Eliminates the shadowing common in single-direction curing chambers and supports consistent mechanical properties across complex geometries.

≥95% cure uniformity with turntable. Measured across the full 200 mm cure diameter.

Integrated heating up to 60°C (140°F). Supports resin chemistries that require thermal activation for full mechanical performance.

200 × 200 mm cure volume. Accommodates full-arch dental models, multi-unit print builds, and industrial prototype batches in a single cycle.

4.3" HMI touchscreen. Operator-friendly interface for fast job setup in dental labs, orthodontic practices, and production environments.

Applications

The iLuxCure Pro is validated for dental and orthodontic labs producing aligners, retainers, nightguards, surgical guides, temporary crowns, and restoration models.

An Upgrade Path for Labs Running Older or Underpowered Cure Boxes

Labs post-curing with single-wavelength chambers, consumer-grade UV lamps, or first-generation 405 nm cure boxes typically see measurable gains in part accuracy, mechanical properties, and batch-to-batch consistency after moving to a dual-wavelength 360° system. The iLuxCure Pro is designed as a direct replacement for aging curing equipment in dental engineering environments — without requiring changes to upstream printer or resin workflows.
