This is a send-in service — no new tank is shipped to you

You ship us your existing resin tank, we recondition it, and we return the same tank to you. Purchasing this service does not send you a new or replacement tank.

Our reconditioning process

1. You ship us your tank

Purchase the service and send us your resin tank cassette.

2. Inspection

We inspect the cassette and assess it for reconditioning suitability.

3. Re-film & clean

We replace the flexible membrane and inspect and clean the cassette frame.

4. Return shipment

Your reconditioned tank is packaged and shipped back to you.

What to expect

Turnaround

Reconditioning is completed within 1–3 business days of receiving your tank. Shipping transit time is additional.

What's included

Membrane re-filming, plus cassette frame inspection and cleaning.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping the tray to us. Return ground shipping back to you is on us (US Only.) International shipping is available at a carrier calculated cost at checkout.

Tanks that can't be reconditioned

Tanks that arrive cracked, degraded, bent, or otherwise beyond repair will not be serviced and will be returned to you as-is at your shipping expense. We'll contact you before returning an unserviceable tank.
