A sacrificial 3D printing resin designed for silicone molding.

SilCAST is used to print a mold that is filled with liquid silicone. Once the silicone has cured, the SilCAST mold is removed with minimal effort utilizing Asiga’s PeelAway™ technology leaving behind a perfectly formed silicone component with exceptional surface finish, detail and accuracy.  SilCAST does not require a release agent saving both process time and cost.

This process combines the speed and design freedom of digital manufacturing with the proven performance of medical and industrial silicones.
