BlazeCast Px | Hybrid Jewelry Castable 3D Printing Resin
BlazeCast Px Castable Jewelry Resin
BlazeCast Px is a high-wax hybrid castable resin for professional jewelry production and precision investment casting. It pairs high wax content with photopolymer detail resolution, so models handle like wax on the bench and burn out clean — with minimal ash residue and controlled expansion through the burnout cycle, even on heavy, high-mass geometry.
Built for the parts that crack investment
Thick-walled, high-mass models expand aggressively during burnout. Class rings, championship rings, signets, and heavy bands are where standard castable resins fracture investment and take the flask with them. BlazeCast Px is formulated to keep that expansion controlled, so robust geometry casts alongside the rest of your tree instead of getting its own cycle.
Wax-like workability
High wax content means BlazeCast Px sprues, blends, and finishes with the tools already on your bench. Models cut and clean up like wax rather than shattering like a hard, brittle print.
Clean burnout, minimal ash
Low residue through burnout means fewer inclusions, cleaner as-cast surfaces, and less bench time recovering finish after the flask comes out.
Detail that survives the cycle
Prong seats, pavé, filigree, engraving, and surface texture hold through printing, burnout, and cast — the features that cost the most to repair by hand if they don't.
Consistency you can schedule around
Manufactured by Phoenix 3D Supply, with direct technical support from the people who formulate it. When something goes sideways mid-production, you're talking to the manufacturer, not a reseller's ticket queue.
