Custom SWAG chains, designed and printed in-house. Send us your logo or artwork — or a rough idea and we'll build it — and we'll send a digital proof before anything gets printed.

Built for teams, schools, leagues, crews, and events. Championship awards, recognition pieces, group keepsakes, or something nobody's made before.

How your order is produced

Custom design and print orders follow the same four steps:

  1. You place your order and send us your artwork or a description of what you want built.
  2. Our design team prepares a digital proof for your review.
  3. You approve the proof, or request a revision. This includes a 3 revision allowance per order.
  4. We print, finish, and ship your order.

Production time begins at proof approval, not at checkout. The SWAG Chain will take about 3-5 business days after artwork has been approved.

Artwork requirements

Preferred formats: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF

Vector artwork produces the cleanest result. If you only have a raster image, send the highest resolution version you have and we will tell you what is workable before any production begins.

Don't have artwork? We can build it. Our design team can work from a sketch, a reference image, or a written description. Design work beyond the revisions included with this product is quoted separately through our design consulting service.

Sending files: Attach your artwork at checkout where available, or email it to support@phoenix-3d.com with your order number. Multi-file packages should be emailed rather than uploaded.

Artwork rights & custom order returns

Artwork you submit

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for this purpose. Phoenix 3D Supply does not verify ownership of submitted artwork and reserves the right to decline any submission. We do not reproduce third-party logos, team marks, institutional marks, or other protected material without documented authorization.

Returns on custom orders

Custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. Production begins when you approve your digital proof.

The proof approval step exists to catch errors before anything is printed. Please review spelling, colors, and layout carefully before approving.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the proof you approved, contact support@phoenix-3d.com and we will make it right.

Shipping information

Custom orders ship after production is complete. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Need it by a specific date? Email support@phoenix-3d.com before ordering and we will confirm whether the date is achievable.

What to send us, and what to do if you don't have it

The cleanest results come from vector artwork — AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. Vector files scale to any size without losing edge quality, which matters when detail is being reproduced physically rather than on a screen.

If all you have is a raster image, send us the largest version you have. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether it will hold up at production size before you commit to anything. A screenshot of a logo off a website usually won't. A high-resolution export usually will.

If you don't have artwork at all, that's not a problem. Our design team builds custom work from sketches, reference images, and written descriptions. Straightforward layout and setup is included in your order. Original design work beyond that scope is quoted separately through our design consulting service, and we will always tell you the cost before starting.

How long does it take?

3-5 business days-Production time starts when you approve your proof, not when you place your order. Shipping time is additional.

How many revisions do I get?

3 additional revisions and original design work are quoted through our design consulting service.

Can you design it for me?

Yes. We work from sketches, reference images, or a written description. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what's involved.

Can I use a team or school logo?

Only with documented authorization from the rights holder. We do not reproduce protected marks without it, and we'll let you know before production if there's an issue.

Do you do bulk or team orders?

Yes. Volume pricing and lead times for larger runs are baked into our existing workflow and pricing. No need to haggle. We will let you know if production times need to be extended.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom items are not returnable once production begins. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, contact us and we'll make it right.
