Safety & handling
Ash Px is intended for professional use. Uncured resin can irritate skin and eyes and may cause allergic reactions; avoid ingestion and prolonged contact. Wear appropriate gloves, protective eyewear, and lab clothing, and work in a well-ventilated area. Prevent uncured resin from entering drains or the environment. Dispose of uncured waste according to local regulations.
Shipping information
In-stock items typically ship the same business day when ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Orders placed outside of business hours will typically ship the next business day.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Returns & Refunds
At Phoenix 3D Supply, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
To request a return, contact us at support@phoenix-3d.com. Returns must be authorized before they are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will send instructions for how to return your item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and approval of the return. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
